Bangkok Airways Suspends Suvarnabhumi - Chiang
Mai, Lampang and Phuket Flights

Bangkok Airways has temporarily suspended flights
connecting Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) to Chiang Mai (CNX), Lampang (LPT) and Phuket
(HKT), effective 4 May and until 14 May 2021, at the earliest.
Thailand is experiencing an increase in the number
of COVID19 cases, reporting 2,041 cases on Monday, 3 May, up from
1,940 cases on Sunday and bringing the overall total nationwide to
71,025.
In addition to the aforementioned flight
suspensions, Bangkok Airways has also closed the following ticketing
offices:
•
Headquarter office (Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Bangkok) • Chiang
Mai office • Phuket office • Chaweng office (Koh Samui)
Passengers affected by temporarily flight suspensions
can rebook
their tickets without any change fees.
For passengers who booked their tickets
through Bangkok Airways should contact the airline, whilst those
who booked their tickets through a travel agency should contact
the agent directly.
