Onyx Hospitality Signs Shama Serviced
Apartments in Rayong, Thailand

Onyx Hospitality has signed a Shama serviced
apartment in Rayong, Thailand.
Scheduled to welcome its first guests in Q1 2026,
the Shama Rayong will be located within close proximity to major
industrial estates and business parks like WHA Rayong 36 and CPGC,
whilst a number of international schools such as St. Andrews,
Green Valley and SIS will all be within a 20-minute drive, and Rayong
city center will be just 30 minutes away by car.
The 150-key property will feature a choice of
Studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, a restaurant,
swimming pool, gym and meeting rooms.
“Shama Rayong will cater to a diverse clientele,
offering a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and local
immersion for both business travellers and expatriate families,”
said Khun Yuthachai Charanachitta, CEO of Onyx Hospitality Group.

Rayong is a city on the east coast of the Gulf of
Thailand. Located south east of Bangkok, Rayong is an important
part of Thailand’s transformative plans for its Eastern Economic
Corridor (EEC), joining forces with other Thai provinces, Chonburi
and Chachoengsao, to spearhead the nation’s manufacturing,
research, and service sectors.
The city is around 90-minutes from Suvarnabhumi
Airport (BKK), 2 hours from Don Muang Airport (DMK) and under 30
minutes from U-Tapao Airport (UTP) which is rapidly expanding and
upgrading its route connectivity, facilities and services.

Thailand.
