Wyndham has signed two license agreements with Fulcrum Ventures Asia for
two hotels in Bangkok, Thailand.
Expected to officially rebrand in June 2023, the 183-room Ramada
by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 and 91-room Ramada by Wyndham
Bangkok Ten Ekamai Residences will be Wyndham’s 21st and
22nd hotels in Thailand, and 8th and 9th respectively within
Bangkok itself.

The 18-storey Ramada by Wyndham
Bangkok Sukhumvit 11, which previously operated as the Grand Swiss
Sukhumvit 11 Hotel Bangkok, is located on Sukhumvit Soi 11 close to Nana BTS station
and a short walk from the district’s popular nightlife destinations
and shopping havens like Terminal 21.
Facilities include a fitness centre, outdoor
pool, all-day dining and enjoy an array of modern cuisine at a
specialty restaurant.
The 8-storey Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok
Ten Ekamai Residences, operated most recently as Ten Ekamai
Residences, is located in the residential area of Ekamai
Soi 10, within walking
proximity to Ekamai BTS station and, similarly to Wyndham
Bangkok Sukhumvit 11, approximately a 45-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi
International Airport (BKK).
Facilities include a fitness centre,
outdoor lap pool and a
rooftop garden.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has
forecast that the country has will welcome over 30 million foreign
arrivals this year.
