Cross Appoints Ratchaya Termsilkanok as Vice President - Strategy & Digital Transformation

(07 July 2022, 11:13 +07)  Cross Hotels & Resorts has appointed Ratchaya Termsilkanok as Vice President - Strategy & Digital Transformation.

Khun Ratchaya joined Cross Hotels & Resorts as Vice President - Revenue & E-commerce in 2019.

He has enjoyed a successful career in the hospitality industry thus far, first joining the Radisson Hotel Bangkok as a Sales Executive in 2007 before eventually moving to the Amari Pattaya in 2010 where he spent almost five years working his way up from Manager eDistribution to Director of Revenue Management, a position he held for three years.

Khun Ratchaya's time at Amari Pattaya was followed with 2 and a half years working as Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy for Onyx Hospitality - Amari's parent company, before he moved to Dusit as Corporate Director of Revenue Management in 2017, his last position before joining Cross.
