Lee Kelly has been appointed as General Manager
of 45 Park Lane in London, effective 1 August 2022.
Lee’s responsibility will also include the
management of Dorchester Collection’s Mayfair Park Residences.

Lee will replace John Scanlon who has been
promoted to General Manager of The Beverly Hills Hotel.
With over 20 years of international hotel
management experience, Lee joins the hotel from The Berkeley,
London, where he has been hotel manager for over two years.
Previous roles include general manager at Bray’s Monkey Island
Estate and various Director of F&B positions at The
Savoy, London and Four Seasons Hotels in Singapore and Canary
Wharf, London.
Christopher Cowdray, CEO of Dorchester Collection,
said, “Lee is joining 45 Park Lane at an exciting time of the
hotel’s evolution since its opening in 2011. His skills in
exceptional guest experience, service delivery, and product and
people development will help enhance further the reputation of the
hotel and its popular CUT restaurant in the Mayfair community and
much further afield.’”
Lee has a degree in hotel and catering management
from the University of Surrey in England.
