“The one-year deal is expected to
help stimulate the economies of both countries, especially as
Georgia has become a travel destination of great interest for Thai
tourists due to its rich history, distinct architecture, culture
and impressive landscapes,” said Kla
Nuangnara, Chief Financial Officer for Thai AirAsia X. “Thai AirAsia X is always ready
to spread its wings to new markets and our entry into Georgia is
very exciting. With strong partners and full support from the
Georgian National Tourism Administration and local authorities, we
are confident that our marketing plan to attract Georgian
travelers to Thailand will be well received.”
Foreign visitors to Georgia have been allowed to enter the
country
without presenting a vaccination certification or COVID19 test
