Air Astana has resumed online check-in for
passengers travelling on certain international scheduled flights.
Passengers can undertake online check-in with
printed boarding pass for scheduled flights from Kazakhstan to
Antalya, Batumi, Bishkek, Bodrum, Istanbul, Malé, Podgorica,
Tashkent and Tbilisi, as well as for scheduled flights to
Kazakhstan from Amsterdam, Baku, Batumi, Bishkek, Delhi, Dubai,
Dushanbe, Frankfurt, Heraklion, Istanbul, London, Seoul, Tashkent
and Tbilisi.

The service is also available without a printed
boarding pass for scheduled flights from Kazakhstan to Heraklion,
as well as from Antalya, Bodrum and Male to Kazakhstan.
Online check-in opens 36 hours before departure
and ends 60 minutes prior to departure. Online check-in is not
available for unaccompanied children, passengers requiring extra
space and those on stretchers. Conditions may also vary depending
on the requirements of individual countries.
Passengers holding a mobile boarding pass can
proceed to boarding for domestic flights departing from Almaty,
Kyzylorda, Nur-Sultan, Oskemen and Shymkent.
The service is available in the Booking and
Management tab of Air Astana's website as well on the airline's
mobile application.
