only 500m from the Pakenham CBD, Cardinia Cultural Centre and

The hotel, the third that Dale Bainbridge has
partnered with Accor on in Australia, features 64 guestrooms and suites; a
lounge and cafe area; a restaurant; and conference, function and boardroom facilities.
Mercure Pakenham will open in September 2022
Guests will
also be able to use high speed complimentary Wi-Fi and
streaming services.
“Pakenham has been in need of an accommodation facility and we are
excited to deliver it,” said Dale Bainbridge, Mercure Pakenham
Managing Director. “The hotel sits adjacent to
the Cardinia Club and will create a dynamic entertainment precinct
offering dining, accommodation, conferences and functions. Pakenham and the Cardinia
Shire is a rapidly growing area and this will be a valuable
complex to help support this growth with much needed
accommodation. We are excited by the growth in the business parks
and are confident that our hotel will service that segment with
the facilities we offer also. We opened our online bookings for
the hotel earlier this year and have been amazed by the strong
demand so far.”
Accor has more than 340 hotels, resorts and apartments
to choose from in Australia, including international brands such
as Sofitel, MGallery, Art Series, Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick,

“Holding appeal for both leisure and
business travellers, Mercure Pakenham will provide incredible
