Pedro Samper Joins Four Seasons Dubai at
Jumeirah Beach as Executive Chef

Pedro
Samper has joined the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach as
Executive Chef.
Pedro Samper
A native of San Sebastian, Spain, Pedro joins Four
Seasons from St. Regis Hotels and Resorts where he spent over 3
years working as Executive Chef in Maldives and Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia.
Prior to that, Pedro spent over three years with
Langham Hotels and Resorts in Hong Kong and has also worked in
Japan, Spain and Ireland.
“My love for exploring culture carried me to
Dubai, and my passion for pursuing excellence brought me to Four
Seasons,” Pedro said. “To be a part of such a passionate and diverse team gives
me a feeling of home. Growing up, I had to travel the world to
gain insight into new ways of cooking and living. I am now
privileged to have the world in my kitchen. I am already both
learning from my team and creating wonderful things with them.”
Pedro will
lead the resort’s culinary team, overseeing some of Dubai’s favourite dining destinations including Sea Fu, Mercury Lounge and Shai Salon.
