Gaurav Anand Appointed Executive Chef of Two
Hilton Hotels in Bengaluru, India

Gaurav Anand has been appointed Executive Chef
of the Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata
Business Park.

In this role, Chef Gaurav will manage the culinary
operations of the convention centre as well as the hotel's five
F&B outlets – F5, Neer, Neo-Kitchen, Techtonic and Double Up.
Chef Gaurav has nearly two decades of experience
working within the hospitality industry. Before Hilton, he worked with
the Sheraton Grand
Hotel at Brigade Gateway and Courtyard by Marriott, Hebbal,
Bengaluru.
He has also worked with Marriott International,
Hyatt, the Taj Group of Hotels and has been a part of numerous
pre-opening teams.
Chef Gaurav specialises in Italian Cuisine and is
certified from Federazione Italiana Couchi by Chef Michele D’
Agostino.
He has also trained extensively under luminaries like
Chef Fernando Bassi and worked with Chef Terge Ness, Chef Santanna
Fernando, Chef Chung, Chef Mashuk and Chef Mark Phoenix.
When not in the kitchen, Chef Gaurav is an avid biker and
enjoys playing badminton.
