The Four Seasons Hotel Doha has appointed Joris
Quintelier as Director of Food & Beverage.
Born and raised in Belgium, Joris has long been a
part of the Four Seasons family, serving in different
capacities at different properties, starting with his first job as
an intern at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris.

From that world-famous property he joined Four
Seasons Resort Seychelles as a Restaurant Manager, where he worked
on transforming the main dining area from a Mediterranean
restaurant and bar to a pan-Asian concept.
His next move was to the USA, where he worked on
multiple projects in different properties, including Four Seasons
Hotel New York Downtown, followed by Four Seasons Resort Maui and
The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas.
Before moving to Qatar, he worked with the
pre-opening team of Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia.
“Growing up, I was always fascinated by the
hospitality environment and in particular, the food and beverage
sector,” Joris said. “Working at Four Seasons has deepened my
passion and now at the ever-evolving Four Seasons Hotel Doha, I am
excited to be part of the many new projects taking place in the
property.”
Joris reports to Shadi Suleman, General Manager of
Four Seasons Hotel Doha.

gifted as Joris at Four Seasons Hotel Doha,” said Shadi Suleman.
“His positive attitude and experience make him a valuable asset to
the team and will help us to elevate our food and beverage
experience on property.”
