Talha Barkin Joins Four Seasons Hampshire as
Executive Chef

The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire has appointed
Talha Barkin as Executive Chef.

Originally from the lakeside town of Koycegiz in
Turkey, Talha joins the luxury estate in southern England from the Four Seasons
Hotel Baku where he held the position of Executive Chef for more
than five years.
Prior to Four Seasons Hotel Baku, Talha was
Executive Chef at The Fairmont Baku Flame Towers. He has also
worked with the Hilton Group as Executive Chef of their hotels in
Chongqing, Jakarta and Maldives; Chef de Cuisine at Shangri-La
hotels in Chiang Mai and Hangzhou; and Junior Sous Chef at the
Madinat Jumeriah Dubai.
He also gained experience working at a
selection of hotels in Turkey, where he was first mentored in
cooking western
cuisine under the guidance of chefs at Swissotel and
Ritz-Carlton hotels.
"My arrival at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire was very
special. To see the magical manor house through the rolling
Hampshire hills on the first approach to the property was
something quite spectacular," Talha said. "I am excited to be leading the
culinary team, bringing my expertise and knowledge to this
beautiful property."
