 Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has appointed Roberto 
			  Pelliccia as Vice President of Development & Operations - Asia and 
			  Africa. Roberto, an alumnus of Cornell School of Hotel 
			  Administration, has three decades of experience in the hospitality 
			  industry, primarily within operations, asset management, 
			  pre-opening and opening, re-branding and development.   His career has taken him on key assignments 
			  with a variety of hotel groups such as InterContinental, Hilton, 
			  Sun, Kerzner, SuperClubs, Meritus, Grace and Latitude. Roberto's first General Manager assignment was at 
			  Le Coco Beach Hotel in Mauritius with Kerzner International. After 
			  spending nine and a half years in Mauritius, Roberto moved to 
			  Jamaica with SuperClubs as General Manager of the Grand Lido 
			  Negril & Spa, an AAA 4-Diamond resort. He spent just over two 
			  years there, before joining Meritus Hotels & Resorts as GM of the 
			  Meritus Pelangi Beach Resort and Spa in Langkawi, Malaysia. In July 2011, Roberto joined Grace Hotels Group, 
			  the hospitality subsidiary of the Libra Group, as Group Director 
			  of Operations for USA, Argentina, China, Greece, Panama and 
			  Thailand, before moving to The Latitude Hotels Group in October 
			  2016 as CEO for Africa, his most recent assignment prior to 
			  Cygnett. Based in Bangkok, Roberto is responsible for 
			  leading Cygnett's business development and operations in Southeast 
			  Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. Currently the company has over 1,100 
			  keys across 33 locations in India and Nepal, including 15 in 
			  pre-opening, and is looking for opportunities to expand to 
			  Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, as well as 
			  sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
