Bangkok Airways has delayed the planned launch of
flights between Bangkok (BKK) and Mae Sot (MAQ) until 17 October 2021, at the
earliest.
The airline has also temporarily suspended the following
routes:
• Phuket (HKT) – Hat Yai (HDY) route from 23 April
– 30 October 2021.
• Bangkok (BKK) – Sukhothai (THS) from 1 – 31 May
2021.
• Bangkok (BKK) – Trat (TDX) from 1 – 31 May 2021.
Bangkok Airways' ticketing offices in Hat Yai,
Sukhothai and Trat will also temporarily close as follows:
• Hat Yai Office from 1 May – 31 October 2021.
• Sukhothai Office from 1 - 31 May 2021.
• Trat office from 1 - 31 May 2021.
Passengers affected by the temporarily flight
suspensions may rebook their tickets without any fees.

passengers who booked their tickets directly through Bangkok
Airways, they should contact the airline via the following channels:

Passengers who booked
their tickets through a travel agent are advised to contact the agent
directly to make further arrangements.
