Pan Pacific Appoints Cristian Nannucci as GM of Group's Two New Properties in KL

(11 Nov 2021)  Pan Pacific has appointed Cristian Nannucci as Complex General Manager of its two new properties in Malaysia, the Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur and the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur.

With over 30 years of hospitality industry experience, Cristian has worked in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

He joins Pan Pacific from the much loved Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa in Cebu, Philippines.

Cristian first joined Shangri-La in Bangkok in 2005 working as Director of Rooms. From there, he went on to work with the luxury hotel group's hotels in Penang and Abu Dhabi before taking on his first role as General Manager in 2014 at the Traders Hotel KLCC by Shangri-La.

Cristian has also spent many years with Hilton, working for numerous hotels within the group in Italy, England and France.

Jesslynn Ng

Joining Cristian and the team in Kuala Lumpur is Jesslynn Ng who has been appointed as Director of Marketing & Communications.

Reporting directly to Cristian, Jesslynn will be responsible for the brand management, marketing and media strategy, social media, strategic partnerships, as well as communications and brand experience initiatives of the two properties.

Jesslynn has spent most of her career thus far in the hospitality industry, working with respected brands such as Marriott, Mandarin Oriental and Ascott.
